1. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
2. Pricing Adjustments

All quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply in the following cases:

Excessive dirt, stains, or grime that requires extra time or specialized cleaning.

Heavy pet hair removal, which may require additional tools and labor.

Add-on services not included in the original package (e.g., engine bay cleaning if asked).

3. Condition of Vehicle

The Customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment.

MAZ Car Details is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

While every effort will be made to improve the appearance of stains, odors, scratches, or imperfections, no guarantee is made that they will be completely removed.
4. Liability

MAZ Car Details will take the utmost care while servicing your vehicle; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, weak trim, broken clips, or defects that were apparent before the cleaning.

If the client does not want a certain chemical or product involved with their cleaning, they must notify MAZ Car Details before the cleaning, otherwise the detail will include the regular procedure.
5. Appointment Policy

Customers must provide accurate access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.

If a Customer is late or unprepared, MAZ Car Details reserves the right to reschedule or apply a cancellation fee.

In cases of bad weather (for mobile detailing), appointments may be rescheduled at MAZ Car Details’ discretion.
6. Mobile Detailing Requirements
MAZ Car Details is a mobile detailing service performed at the Customer’s home or location.

For interior details, the Customer must provide access to a working electrical outlet. MAZ Car Details will supply an extension cord if needed.

For full details (interior + exterior), the Customer must provide access to both a working electrical outlet and a water spigot. A hose and extension cord will be provided by MAZ Car Details.

If proper access to power and/or water is not available at the appointment location, MAZ Car Details reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
7. Completion & Satisfaction

Upon completion, the Customer will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. By accepting the vehicle after service, the Customer acknowledges that the job has been completed to a satisfactory standard.
8. Agreement
By scheduling a detail with MAZ Car Details, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
